HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?
Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2-5 business days of placing your order, please get in touch with us at deathorgloryapparelinc@gmail.com


HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We aim to ensure next-level customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.

  • Returns should be made within 14 days of order and within the original packaging. 

  • Returns will incur a restocking fee of £4.99 - this will be automatically deducted from your refund.

  • Exchanges are free of charge. 

  • The returned item(s) must be unworn and in new condition. If any worn products are returned, they will be refused a refund. 

  • Allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. 

You will need to include the following information:

  • The order number attached to your email confirmation

  • The postcode that was used for your delivery address

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once placed, this includes but is not limited to:

  • Changing the item or size

  • Delivery/billing address

  • Adding/removing items to your order

  • Shipping method

HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU? 
If you have an order query or question don't DM us on Instagram, email deathorgloryapparelinc@gmail.com including your name and order number and someone will help you out as quickly as possible.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK A COLOUR?
Once a run of colours is sold out, we will never restock them. 

We don’t believe in mass produced items, we want you to stand out from the crowd, that’s why each colour release will be limited and will never be restocked. However, sometimes when customers return their items we put them back on sale, provided they are in an unworn condition.

HOW DO I WASH MY ITEMS
We suggest following:

  • Wash with similar colors on a cool wash

  • Leave it to air dry

  • Do not iron on print or embellishment

Items will carry specific washing instructions too.

Remember your new item is of the highest quality and has been pre shrunk to make sure your perfect fit, stays perfect!
